Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship only in the UK.

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal payments, as well as major debit/credit cards. You can checkout fast with PayPal or add selected items to your cart and then continue with checkout. This way, you can pay with your card when transferred to the PayPal payment window.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Yes, you can make changes or cancel, but only 15 min after the order has been placed. This is due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

What is the processing time on my order?

The production time for our products is usually between 24 and 48h. Most deliveries take between 3-5 days.

Please note that we do not count weekends or UK public holidays as production days.

What shipping carrier and shipping methods are you using?

We use reputable delivery firms, offering tracking and guaranteed speedy delivery. We primarily work with FedEx, UPS, or DHL. When we are ready to ship your order we will inform you accordingly which courier we have used.

I placed an order but didn’t receive confirmation. What do I do?

Usually, we send out automatic confirmation emails. If you have any doubt that we have received your order, or have not received such an email, please send us an email with your details and we will check right away!

When will I receive my order?

Most deliveries take between 3-5 days, after the production. We will keep you informed throughout the process!

I am not sure I like the product. Can I return it?

If there is any problem with a product, please reach out to us. You can return a faulty product within 14 days. Please send us via email your order number, name, and a picture of the faulty product. We shall guide you through the process.

Please note that we cannot accept products that are non-faulty and that are not in their original state (have been used).

Where are your products manufactured?

We produce everything in London, UK. Each item is handcrafted upon order especially, for you.
